Getting Started
Step 1
Free 15 – Minute Consultation (video or telephone)
Schedule your free 15-minute consultation! This is a good way to get your questions answered and an opportunity to determine if you and your therapist are a good fit.
Step 2
Complete Intake Paperwork (don’t worry, it’s super easy!)
An email will be sent to get you started with our paperwork process. No worries, everything is completed online and easy to navigate.
Step 3
70-75 Minute First / Intake Session (video or telephone)
At the first/intake session, you and your therapist will review your completed intake paperwork and discuss what brought you to counseling more in-depth.
Step 4
45-50 Minute Individual Sessions (video or telephone)
Individual weekly or biweekly sessions will be conducted. Total number of counseling sessions can vary depending on your specific needs and circumstances.
Step 5
Graduation / Termination
Graduation/termination will begin once your therapeutic goals have been achieved. The process will be discussed early since termination is essentially a separation from you and the therapist.
